Robin's fields of law practice include civil litigation and appeals (tribal, state and federal), Indian/Tribal Law matters of all type (tribal, state and federal), Personal Injury, Bad Faith and Insurance Fraud and Misrepresentation Cases against the insurance industry (all Plaintiffs’ work, no defense alliance), Consumer Protection, Fraud and Deceit, and Environmental concerns.
Robin currently resides in the sacred He Sapa (Black Hills aka Black Mountains of SD), the aboriginal lands of the Lakota, with his wife Patti and their little JoJo. He is also an author, environmentalist, a Protector, human rights advocate and an active member of the community of Grandmother Earth (Unci Maka).
Jon J. LaFleur, Esq.
Attorney
Jon joined his father, Bob, and brother, Mitch, in the family law firm in May 1983 and remained with LaFleur, LaFleur & LaFleur, P.C. until 2011.
In January 2011, Jon joined Zephier & LaFleur, P.C. and eventually became a full partner in the firm Zephier & LaFleur, P.C. Jon and his wife, Julie, have four children.
